All delivery charges to mainland UK addresses are incorporated into the price shown on the product. This excludes the Scottish Highlands and Isles, including the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands and Irelands.
For us to give accurate prices for delivery this would need to be booked in with the office who would need to obtain a shipping quote for the required destination. Please send and enquiries to [email protected] stating the full delivery postcode.
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Paypal.
If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer we can issue a pro forma invoice which would contain all of our account details. If this option is required no order will be processed until we have received payment in full.
On each product listing there is an estimated delivery lead time, because the majority of our items are manufactured to order this is only an estimated window, due to the bespoke nature of these products this can fluctuate, we will always try and inform you of any developments that we are told of during this process.
Yes, every order placed with us will receive a VAT invoice which be will sent to the e-mail address provided. If you require the invoice to be sent to another e-mail address, please leave a note in the comments box at the checkout page
We accept returns within 14 days from delivery. However, unfortunately customer made items are unable to be returned. For a full copy of our returns policy, please have a look at our terms and conditions.
